Wir haben mit Jasmine unser Einfamilienhaus geplant – und die Zusammenarbeit war wirklich on point! Innerhalb kürzester Zeit stand ein durchdachtes und schönes Konzept für unser Haus. Auch nachträgliche Änderungen wurden kulanterweise nur mit einem sehr niedrigen Preis eingepreist, was ich absolut nicht als selbstverständlich sehe. Besonders schätze ich, dass sie nicht nur fachlich top ist, sondern mich auch wie eine Art große Schwester unterstützt – gerade weil ich vieles am Hausbau selbst in die Hand nehme. Sie ist immer ansprechbar, beantwortet auch spontane Fragen und hat dabei eine sehr angenehme, menschliche Art. Man merkt einfach, dass sie ein großes Herz hat. Darüber hinaus ist sie rechtlich sehr fit – ihre Aussagen sind verlässlich, und man hat das gute Gefühl, in allen Punkten auf der sicheren Seite zu sein. Auch ihre Stärke im Design und in der Gestaltung ist bemerkenswert: Sie bringt kreative Ideen ein, achtet auf eine moderne, aber zugleich praktische Architektur und hat ein gutes Auge für Details. Kurzum: Fachlich kompetent, menschlich super angenehm und mit viel Herzblut bei der Sache. Absolute Empfehlung!
