Cedric was opening as we met him at 7am. He took us immediately. He was fast , friendly and efficient. We had our car within 15 minutes and on our way out of the Frankfurt Airport to begin our Germany adventures! Thank you Cedric!

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Wenn Mietwagen, dann Enterprise!

Am besten folgt man von der Autobahn her der Beschilderung „Car-Rental“ und findet dann zuerst auf der rechten Seite die Tankstelle und danach kommt ziemlich bald die Mietwagen-Rückgabe, auch rechts. Man darf NICHT im speziellen nach Europcar suchen, denn erst im Mietwagen-Rückgabe-Bereich hat jeder Anbieter seine eigenen Spuren. Und wenn man das Auto dort abstellt, geht alles sehr schnell. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also unbedingt auf die Einfahrt (siehe Bild) achten.

We showed up way early and they were able to get us the car we wanted (Polo w/navi) earlier than our reservation. Easy rental, easy return (put the address for this office in the navi; last left out of the roundabout, first entry into the deck!). The Polo was also clean and well-equipped (Goal edition), and the navi worked great.

Excellent experience with Europcar. The check-in and return process was efficient and well organized. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and handled very well for three passengers. I would gladly rent from Europcar again.
