Also wenn man sich manche Bewertungen anschaut - bitte versucht mal generell bei einem Kardiologen schnell einen Termin zu bekommen oder einfach vorbeizugehen, das wird nicht funktionieren. Auch in Heidelberg nicht! Ich war seit Ende letzten Jahres in Behandlung und habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt! Absolut kompetente Beratung mit Zeit für Erklärungen waren immer vorhanden und bei einem so (lebens-)wichtigen Thema ist das auch unabdingbar. Die empfohlenen Medikation und Behandlung war nach Maß und ich bin sehr froh, dass mein Thema nach einem halben Jahr quasi erledigt ist. Auch das Team war immer anstandslos freundlich und sehr bemüht, es so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke dafür!.

Hatte heute um 8.00 Termin, 8.15 war ich dran, Dr.Steffek ist sehr kompetent, nimmt sich viel Zeit und bringt die Diagnose verständlich rüber und macht auch Vorschläge zur weiteren Behandlung, seine 2 Mitarbeiterinnen sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ich kann diese Praxis nur weiterempfehlen, MfG J.Baus.

Dr.Steffek und Kollegen sind sehr nett und gründlich. Leider muss man sehr lange auf einen Termin warten.

Ich musste vor einer anstehenden OP, kurzfristig einen Kardiologen aufsuchen. Nur bei Dr. Mustafa Durak bekam ich einen schnellen Termin. Die Behandlung vom Personal und vom Arzt war sehr professionell und ich wurde dazu auch menschlich und verständnisvoll behandelt. Die Behandlungsabfolgen sind strukturiert und mit minimalen Wartezeiten. Bin mit der Praxis sehr zufrieden. Der Arzt unterscheidet sich zwar in seiner Art schon sehr von den meisten, die ich bisher besucht habe, aber ich persönlich finde diese direkte und offene Art mit den Menschen zu reden eher angenehm und unterstützend.

Ich konnte heute als Patientin den Umgang des Personals mit einer älteren Dame, ebenfalls Patientin beobachten: sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, sehr unterstützend! Mein Kompliment!.

Bin sehr zufrieden, kurze Wartezeit, freundliches Personal.

Bin seit Jahren "Stammgast " bei Dr. Behroz und habe noch nie etwas negatives erlebt , wurde immer kompetent beraten sowie auch untersucht , entscheidend ist nicht ob man vielleicht länger warten muss sondern das man kardiologisch gut betreut ist.

Mein Mann und ich sind sehr zufrieden.Nette Arzthelferinnen und ein kompetenter Arzt.Manchmal etwas längere Wartezeiten aber das ist in anderen Praxen auch so.

Die Praxis ist gut organisiert. Hatte keine lange Wartezeit. Der Arzt arbeitet unaufgeregt, ruhig und sachlich. Die Erklärungen sind verständlich.
