He attended training and worked as a specialist in internal medicine, cardiology, medical clinic and polyclinic II, University Hospital Bonn and I. Medical Clinic University Medical Center Mannheim. He has additional qualifications in invasive electrophysiology and active cardiac rhythm implants. He has qualification for subject-specific genetic counseling. He has been providing services in this clinic for over 10 years. Dr Rainer Schimpf is an adjunct professor at the University of Heidelberg. He lead finally the clinical electrophysiology department of I. Medical Clinic of the University Medical Center Mannheim.”
