Dr. Sotiriou hat mir wortwörtlich mein Leben gerettet. Ich bin mit A-typischen Beschwerden „immer wiederkehrende, stechende Brustschmerzen“ in die Praxis gekommen. Ich wurde Notfall massig, ohne Termin behandelt. Alles war unauffällig, nur das EKG wies Veränderungen auf. Dr. Sotiriou erkannte umgehend die Dringlichkeit, telefonierte mit einem Krankenhaus und ich musste sofort in die Notaufnahme. Am selben Tag bekam ich noch einen Herz-Katheter. Wie von Dr. Sotiriou vermutet, war eine wichtige Arterie zum Herzen fasst vollständig verschlossen. Die Ärzte im Krankenhaus teilten mir mit, dass es sich nur noch um Tage gehandelt hat, bis ich einem Vorderwand-Infarkt bekommen hätte, den ich mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht überlebt hätte. Nun habe ich mit 46 Jahren einen Stent, aber dadurch auch Lebensjahre gewonnen. Meine Familie und ich können Ihnen nicht genug danken! Ein äußerst erfahrener Kardiologe, der über ein dermaßen hohes Fachwissen verfügt, das er sogar die Gefahr bei unspezifischen Symptomen richtig zuordnen und über den Tellerrand hinaus sehen kann. 1.000 Dank an Sie und das gesamte liebenswerte und fürsorgliche Personal.
