Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg noch mal bei dem ganzen Team von AIXXES bedanken. Die Beratung ist immer sehr freundlich und kompetent. Reparaturen wurden nach Absprache schnell und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Weiter so.

Ich hatte eine ausgesprochen gute Service-Erfahrung letzte Woche, mit einem Servicemitarbeiter der lösungsorientiert an mein Problem heranging und dann eine ökonomische, kundenorientierte und sogar ökologische Lösung vorschlug. So stelle ich mir das vor.

Die Beratung und der Service sind erstklassig. Ich habe mittlerweile meine Komplette Apple Ausrüstung hier gekauft und werde immer wieder sehr gut bedient.

Absolute Empfehlung! Freundlich, kompetent und 1A-Beratung! War wegen eines defekten Akkus meines Laptops da und habe direkt noch eine weitere Festplatte und mehr RAM einbauen lassen. Ersatzteil-Lieferung war schnell, dazu tolle Kommunikation über Zeiten und Termine und nach einem Tag konnte ich den Laptop wieder mit nehmen. Vielen Dank.

Bester Reparaturladen in ganz Aachen! Ich war wegen meines kaputten Laptops hier und bin zu 100% zufrieden. Der Besitzer des Ladens hat ihn sich sofort angeschaut und mir sogar gezeigt was genau kaputt ist. Er hat es nicht nur geschafft ihn zu reparieren, sondern mir auch noch zusätzlich fehlende Schrauben nachgebaut. Und das alles zu einem unglaublich guten Preis. Ich kann diesen Laden einfach jedem empfehlen!

Meine PlayStation 5 hatte Probleme das sie immer wieder abgestürzt ist und die Controller sich einfach abgemeldet haben. Nach kurzem erklären des Fehlers und ein paar Tage später, konnte ich Meine Playststion abholen und die Fehler waren behoben.

Ich war mit meinem kaputten Handy dort. Man hat mir freundlich und ehrlich erklärt, dass sich eine Reparatur nicht mehr lohnt. Daraufhin habe ich mir vor Ort ein neues Handy gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Beratung war wirklich sehr gut.
