Die Vorabberatung war sehr ausführlich und präzise. Eine Datenwiederherstellung wurde zügig und sehr professionell zu einem fairen Preis durchgeführt. So einen kompetenten und unkomplizierten Service findet man selten. Deshalb 5 Sterne.

Display meines Lenovo Laptops hatte einen Riss. Super Beratung, über alles aufgeklärt. Reparatur des Displays wurde in kürzester Zeit durchgeführt und es ist ein super Ergebnis. Immer wieder.

Ich war gerade im pc point. Herr Witczak konnte mein Laptop sofort zum laufen bringen.Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Geschäft wirklich jedem empfehlen. Sehr kuland.

Ich kann diesen Laden nur EMPFEHLEN! Das Personal ist sehr nett und nimmt sich die Zeit einem zu, zu hören. Allen Fragen die ich hatte wurden freundlich und verständlich beantwortet. Ich hatte mein PC wegen einem Kritischen Problem mit der Wasserkühlung dort zur Reperatur abgeben. (holt euch keine Wasserkühkung.) Das Problem wurde schnell gelöst, wie auch die darauf folgenden Probleme und das zu einem sehr Fairen Preis.

Das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei meinem Problem wurde mir total ehrlich und günstig weitergeholfen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Ein super schneller Service bei der Wiederherstellung meiner defekten externen Festplatte. Alles wieder da zum Top Preis.

Ich bin äußerst beeindruckt von der Herzlichkeit und Leidenschaft, mit der der Inhaber mich empfangen hat. Er verfügt über umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich der Computertechnik und zeigt eine große Bereitschaft, Menschen mit Computerproblemen zu helfen. Der Service war hervorragend, und ich war besonders erstaunt, dass die Computerdiagnose in der heutigen Zeit kostenlos angeboten wird. Es ist offensichtlich, dass der Inhaber aus Leidenschaft arbeitet und nicht nur auf Profit aus ist. Eine echte Bereicherung für die Gemeinschaft und ein Vorbild für den Servicebereich!

Es wurden dem Geschäft zwei Computer zum Umbau und Einbau übergeben. Aufgrund einer größeren Auftragslage kam es zu Verzögerungen. Die Problematik wurde kommuniziert. Der Inhaber des Geschäfts war stets freundlich und lieferte eine gute Leistung ab. Ich bin zufrieden.
