Sehr empfehlenswert! Nach schlappen 5 Stunden konnte ich meinen komplett erneuerten Laptop bereits abholen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fair und die Beratung kompetent und sehr freundlich. Wenn nochmal etwas kaputt gehen sollte, werde ich genau hier wieder hin kommen.

Absolut toller, schneller und kompetenter Service. Sollte ich wieder Probleme mit meiner Switch haben, schicke ich sie wieder dort hin. Danke. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Grüße aus Bergheim.

Guten Service erkennt man nicht nur daran, dass alles tadellos funktioniert, sondern auch daran, wie der Betrieb mit Kunden umgeht. Eine defekte Tastatur innerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist wurde ausgetauscht und man ist mir aus Kulanz Gründen noch etwas entgegen gekommen. PC-Spezialist hätte dies theoretisch nicht tun müssen, da die Schuld beim Hersteller liegt. Warum 5 Sterne? Weil es genug Leute gibt, die sich wegen Kleinigkeiten aufregen, weil der Kaffee heute morgen nicht geschmeckt hat. Einfach super! Bis bald. Wir sehen uns jetzt öfters! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Top.

Ich bin begeistert und kann nur sagen - Top! Super Beratung, sehr gute Empfehlungen. Am Montag beraten lassen, am Dienstag bestellt, am Donnerstag war alles eingebaut, installiert und am Freitag Ware abgeholt. Nie wieder irgendwelche Märkte wenn es um IT geht, nur noch zum Fachmann.

Ich konnte da schnell ein passendee, nicht überteurer Ersatz-Netzteil für mein Laptop finden und der alte sowie andere Zubehör kostenfrei und unkompliziert entsorgen lassen. Freundliches Personal und gute Beratung
