Mein Laptop ging plötzlich nicht mehr an, mit all meinen Bildern der letzten 2 Jahre. Aufgrund der guten Bewertung bin ich mit dem Laptop zum "PC Service Fürth" gegangen. Von Anfang an wurde mir extrem transparent erklärt, welche Schritte unternommen werden und welche Kosten auf mich zukommen. Obwohl das Gerät selbst leider nicht mehr zu retten war, konnten alle meine Daten gesichert werden. Das Ganze gab es zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Ich kann es nur absolut weiterempfehlen!!

War zwecks Update auf Windows 11 im Computerland. Die Beratung von Herrn Herrmann war fundiert und professionell. Das das System ein Upgrade nötig hat war mir bekannt. Die Aufrüstung wurde durchgeführt und alles lief Problemlos. Es gab auch noch Unterstützung bei der Installation der vorher installierten Software. Preis/Leistung war voll OK. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Sehr nette Menschen, total hilfsbereit und kulant. Als es mit meiner Maus und Tastatur ein Problem gab, wurde mir direkt geholfen und wir haben eine gute gemeinsame Lösung gefunden!

Eine äußerst freundliche Beratung kann man nur weiterempfehlen , selbst für meinen Laptop von 2008 gab es noch den passenden ladestecker

Ich benötigte einen neuen PC mit guter Gaming-Power zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Robin war vom ersten Kontakt an ein gut gelaunter, zuverlässiger und kompetenter Berater. Ich konnte mit ihm besprechen, welche Komponenten mir wichtig waren und welche nicht so. Und er hat dann genau den PC in Rekordzeit zusammengebaut, der zu mir passt. Ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Robin, vielen Dank nochmals dafür und das Teil läuft wie geschmiert :)! PC Zeugs immer wieder gerne von und nur bei dir!

Da ich keine Mails mehr erhalten konnte und einen Fachmann brauchte, bin ich über Google auf Hr. Oertel gekommen. Hab dort angerufen, sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen und das Problem wurde vor Ort sehr kompetent gelöst. Auch die Beratung über ein Virenschutz Programm war sehr fachlich. Bin begeistert und habe Hr. Oertel bereits weiter empfohlen. Absolut 5 Sterne verdient

Ich habe meinen eigenen Pc vor kurzem vorbei gebracht, weil die Temperaturen immer zu hoch waren. Hatte ihn innerhalb von 2 Tagen wieder und das Problem war gelöst. Der Service ist schnell und zuverlässig, ich bin zufrieden.
