Super Service. Ich brauchte mehr Speicherplatz auf meinem Laptop. Ich wurde super beraten und er hat sich extra die Zeit genommen, das am gleichen Tag noch fertig zu machen. Am Ende stellte er mir noch nicht mal die Arbeitskosten sondern nur die Materialkosten in Rechnung. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und empfehle den Laden gerne weiter.

Ich bin rundum begeistert! Von dem ersten Gespräch vor Ort bis zum Kauf alles professionell, einfach, freundlich und effizient. Service war erstklassig, die Kommunikation reibungslos. Auch per Paypal bezahlen war kein Problem! Ich würde jederzeit zurückkommen und kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank

Sehr zu empfehlen! Bei meinem Laptop flackerte der Bildschirm und das Gerät wurde zu schnell heiß. Die Fehlerdiagnose wurde sofort kompetent durchgeführt. Auch die eigentliche Reparatur wurdenach Eintreffen der Teile superschnell erfolgreich geleistet. Dazu gab es noch eine freundliche Beratung. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Ich habe mir eine Grafikkarte dort gekauft und der Laen Besitzer wieß mich darauf hin, das mein Netzteil das ich besaß eventuell zu wenig Leistung liefern würde. Man merkte das es ihm wichtig war, das ich die Grafikkarte einwandfrei nutzen kann. Echt guter Laden. - Laurin Reply

Auch wenn das Rechner-Problem (Betriebssystem-Fehler auf dem Surface Laptop) nicht behoben werden konnte durch die Kollegen vor Ort, wurde ich sehr nett und kompetent beraten und mir Ratschläge an die Hand gegeben, wie ich das Problem mit dem Microsoft Support hoffentlich lösen kann (was nun auch erfolgsversprechend war). Vielen Dank!

Bei meinem PC ging nichts mehr. Nach einer Fehleranalyse hat es nur ein paar Stunden gedauert und mein PC läuft wie neu. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Beim nächsten Problem wende ich mich wieder an Wilkens IT. Der Preis war auch absolut in Ordnung.

Top Service, der Techniker(S. Johanson) erklärte mir ausführlich was der Fehler/Problem war. Und das auch für einen it Anfänger wie mich. Immer wieder gerne.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service! Der Preis war fair, die Reparatur wurde schnell und zuverlässig durchgeführt. Der Inhaber ist ehrlich und kundenorientiert – es geht ihm nicht darum, das große Geschäft zu machen, sondern darum, dass man zufrieden ist. Er hat mir sogar eine bessere und für mich günstigere Lösung vorgeschlagen, als ich ursprünglich geplant hatte. Alles wurde transparent erklärt, ohne unnötige Zusatzkosten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

War jetzt das zweite mal bei PC Xpress und auch diesmal war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Reparatur. Auch in Bezug auf Preis/Leistung unschlagbar!

Einfach Klasse, mehr geht nicht, passt alles. In jeder Hinsicht eine Empfehlung.
