Konnte nach dem Windows Update 2004 mit der Tastatur nicht mehr das Passwort eingeben. Wegen der guten Rezensionen habe ich mich an die PC Retter gewendet und wurde voll zufrieden gestellt. Mein Problem war in Nu gelöst und das auch noch als Kulanzleistung. Diese Firma kann man wegen ihrer Kompetenz wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung der Mitarbeiter zu meinem Laptop- Problem. Sie haben das Problem schnell und günstig gelöst. Und bei der Abholung habe ich noch eine Zusatzberatung bekommen zu einer anderen Frage. Ich kann die PC Retter daher empfehlen und werde nächstes Mal wieder kommen. Einfach TOP!

Uwe Heick ist ein sehr guter Computerfachhandel, fachliche Kompetenz sehr gut, alle in dieser Firma sind super freundlich und kümmern sich sehr gut um die Probleme der Kunden. Was das Preisniveau betrifft liegt alles im normalen Bereich oft auch günstiger als im Internet nur da hat man keine so gute Beratung. Ergebnis volle 5 Sterne und ein + dazu. weiter so

Super Service und sehr freundlich.. Uns wurde schnell geholfen und wir wurden gut beraten .Der Umbau von PC Komponenten (Wasserkühlung)war auch sehr professionell. Hatte Probleme mit Bluescreen bei Windows 10,konnten alle Fehler beseitigen.Hier komme ich gerne wieder her.

I was absolutely satisfied and would be happy to come back. My graphics card and water cooling system had broken down, so I needed something new. I got great advice and a fair price. Now the computer is purring like a kitten again.
