Die Praxis ist sehr gut organisiert, was den gesamten Ablauf reibungslos gestaltet hat. Ich bin beeindruckt von der umfassenden Betreuung und dem einfühlsamen Umgang während der Untersuchung. Ich bin seit Jahren Patientin bei Dr. Hasert und habe mich stets sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Jahren ist ein richtiges Vertrauensverhältnis entstanden. Ich fühle mich immer gut behandelt,trotz voller Praxis hat er immer Zeit für mich gehabt. Die Wartezeit an der Anmeldung hat sich durch die vielen MitarbeiterInnnen ebenfalls entspannt, auch die telefonische Erreichbarkeit hat sich verbessert. Auf meine E-Mails habe ich immer zeitnah hilfreiche Antworten erhalten. Ich bedanke mich an dieser Stelle sehr bei allen MitarbeiterInnen.

I have been a patient in this practice for years. Only with Dr. Hasert and then to Dr. R. Hasert. He is not a competent, friendly doctor who explains everything well and answers questions. Of course you have to accept a longer waiting time, but the entire team tries to do a good job and that sometimes takes a long time. I can't find anything negative about it.
