Kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen. Freundliche MFA, nur kurze Wartezeit und ein Arzt, der sich Zeit genommen hat. Gute und offene Kommunikation, hat mir gefallen. Habe mich sicher und ernst genommen gefühlt.

Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal! Unser Sohn hat trotz bevorstehender Mittagspause die Lichttherapie erhalten. Kurze Zeit später haben wir auch sofort ein Erfolg gehabt. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Der einzige Hautarzt der uns aufgenommen hat. Vor ca. 1 1/2 Wochen waren dort zur Kontrolle und haben direkt für heute wieder einen neuen Termin bekommen! Schnelle Abwicklung. Alles bestens!

Dr. Lucka ist ein sehr kompetenter und hilfsbereiter Arzt. Wie bei vielen Hautärzten ist es nicht immer leicht, zeitnah einen Termin zu bekommen – über Doctolib hat man jedoch mit etwas Geduld durchaus Chancen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist seine transparente und verständliche Art: Er erklärt sorgfältig, was er sieht, diagnostiziert und welche Schritte er empfiehlt. Zudem zeigt er sich offen für neue Ansätze und geht individuell auf seine Patienten ein. Ich fühle mich bei ihm sehr gut betreut.

Die Terminvergabe ist auch für Neupatienten über doctolib möglich, so bin ich an einen Termin gekommen. Die Wartezeit vor Ort hielt sich im Rahmen. Der Arzt ist freundlich, professionell und nimmt sich die benötigte Zeit für die Untersuchung. Auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Praxis!

Top! Akuter Ausschlag bei unserer Tochter und bei der Haushautärztin war kein Termin zu bekommen. Terminvergabe über Doctolib. Dr. Lucka hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und in Ruhe alles bestens erklärt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Frau Dr. Matzke ist sehr freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit und erklärt jeden Schritt verständlich und in Ruhe. Auch die Arzthelferinnen sind stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Praxis ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind jederzeit vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Besuch – vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!
