War heute zum Ersttermin da und kann guten Gewissens sagen, dass die schlechten Rezensionen wahrscheinlich aus dem eigenen Fehlverhalten der Schreiber stammen. Dr. Zarzour ist gut besucht, aber mit einem Termin wartet man absolut nicht lange. Insgesamt war ich keine 40Min dort. Freundliche Anmeldung, freundlicher Empfang und Ersteinschätzung durch eine Assistenzärztin und schlussendlich auch vom Dr. intensiv angeschaut worden, plus natürlich eine Therapie mit Folgetermin bekommen. Alles in Allem eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und zum ersten Mal habe ich mich ernst genommen gefühlt.

Ich war heute das erste Mal bei Dr. Zarzour. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte ein Beratungsgespräch und im Anschluss meinen Lasertermin. Auch wurde gleich noch der Hautkrebscheck durchgeführt. Trotz vieler Patienten nicht allzu lange Wartezeit. Schwestern hatten ein Lächeln auf dem Lippen trotz Stress. Alles im allem, ist die Praxis zu empfehlen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Herrn Dr. Zarzour und dem gesamten Team. Wir werden stets freundlich empfangen. Endlich haben wir einen Arzt gefunden, der unserem Kind helfen könnte. Er hat Neurodermitis und wir konnten keine Nacht mehr durchschlafen, weil er sich nur gekratzt hat. Das gehört jetzt und Dank Dr. Zarzour der Vergangenheit an. Vielen vielen Dank.

Ich kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen. Angefangen beim sehr freundlichen Empfang bei Schwester Franzi bis zur Behandlung bei Frau Dr. Millner gibt es für mich keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Das Terminmanagement ist hervorragend, was bedeutet, dass man zeitnah einen Termin bekommt und die Behandlung auch pünktlich beginnt. Trotzdem nimmt sich die Ärztin für jeden Patienten die Zeit, die man braucht. Das alles habe ich bei meiner vorigen Hautarztpraxis leider ganz anders erlebt. Deshalb bin ich dankbar nun hier in Behandlung zu sein.

Liebe Frau Dr. Millner, liebe Franzi, liebes Team, meine Tochter und ich waren bei Ihnen, zur Mini OP. Wir beide möchten herzlich Danke sagen. Sie alle haben sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Hatten Verständnis für unsere Befindlichkeiten und wir fühlten uns ernst genommen. Das ist nicht mehr in jeder Arztpraxis selbstverständlich. Wir sind sehr froh, Ihre Patientinnen sein zu dürfen. Toll finden wir Ihre Onlineberatung und Ihre Bemühungen, Patienten, die keinen Termin haben, zeitnah zu behandeln.
