Ich bin 10 Minuten vor meinem Termin vor Ort gewesen und kam pünktlich zur abgesprochenen Zeit dran. Ich weiß nicht wo bei manchen das Problem liegt, aber ich wollte einfach mal zeigen, dass es auch anders geht. Die Anmeldung war freundlich, die Wartezeit sehr kurz (normal sind sonst überall so 30 Min) und die Ärztin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und höflich. Auf alle meine Fragen gab es eine Antwort und ein wenig smaltalk war auch dabei. Naturlich ist alles auf Effizienz ausgelegt, trotzdem habe ich mich wohl gefühlt und hatte genug Zeit mit dem Arzt um alles zu klären.

Ich war heute zur Hautkrebsvorsorgeunzersuchung hier. Frau Dr. Wilm war sehr kompetent und hat die Untersuchung professionell durchgeführt. Bei mir ist die Wartezeit zwar recht lang gewesen, Frau Dr. Wilm sagte mir aber, dass in akuten Fällen durch einen Anruf auch schneller ein Termin vergeben werden könnte. Also am besten anrufen und nicht online vereinbaren.

Bislang nur gute Erfahrungen mit den Ärzten und dem Praxisteam. Die Ärzteschaft und MFA's fand ich nett und zuvorkommend. Relativ lange Wartezeiten für einen Termin. Immerhin Terminbuchung online möglich, je nach Arztwahl verschiedene Wartezeiten. Vor dem Termin, wird man per SMS daran erinnert.

Ich fühle mich bei Frau Dr. Wenner immer bestens behandelt. Sie ist sehr kompetent und gründlich, gleichzeitig freundlich und verständnisvoll. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass in dringenden Fällen auch kurzfristige Termine möglich sind – heutzutage leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Bei ihr steht das Wohl der Patienten im Mittelpunkt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr gute Ärztin, die überaus sorgfältig arbeitet. Sie nimmt sich Zeit, ist sehr freundlich und erklärt alles ausführlich und in Ruhe. Ich war als Selbstzahlerin bei ihr, und bin froh, dass ich das gemacht habe. Ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Gerade beim Thema Hautkrebsscreening mache ich keine Kompromisse mehr.

Hervorragende professionelle Betreuung und hervorragende Englischkenntnisse, wenn Sie neu in Deutschland sind!
