Mein Hausarzt hat den Termin vereinbart, die Praxis rief an, wir vereinbarten einen Termin, den ich irgendwie verschusselt habe aufgrund eines Missverständnisses. Obwohl ich am falschen Tag dort war, wurde mir geholfen, sie haetten mich durchaus nach Hause schicken koennen. Zur Blutabnahme haben ich einen erneuten zeitnahen Termin bekommen. Frau Dr. Levasseur hat ihren Job super gemacht, war vorurteilsfrei, hilfsbereit, ehrlich und fachlich kompetent. Das Team hat sich super viel Mühe gegeben. Meine Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und das Problem gefunden! Herzlichen Dank für die Hilfe und Ihre Mühen.

Terminvergabe ist nicht ganz leicht, aber Frau Dr. Levasseur ist einfach wunderbar. Sie hat sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen, obwohl es nicht eingeplant war. Sie ist auf alles eingegangen und hat mir genau erklärt was gemacht wird und wie es weiter geht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Habe mit Fr. Dr Levasseur endlich eine offene und zugewandte Ärztin gefunden, die freundlich und gründlich arbeitet. Mir geht es wieder sehr viel besser. Herzlichen Dank!
