Ich kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen. Aufgrund großer Probleme mit meinen Schilddrüsenwerten bekam ich einen sehr zeitnahen Termin. In der Praxis waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeit war wirklich kurz. Dr. Omran war sehr professionell, hat mich immer ausreden und meine Anliegen schildern lassen und alle meine Fragen sehr verständlich beantwortet. Er hat sich Zeit genommen und auch von sich aus viel erklärt. Ich fühle mich sehr gut betreut!

Mein Termin lief wie im Bilderbuch. Von der Anmeldung bis zum Labor waren alle sehr nett, freundlich und kompetent. Der Kontakt zum Arzt Dr. Omran war ebenfalls sehr freundlich . Man fühlt sich als Patient verstanden und sehr gut aufgehoben

Sehr zu empfehlen. Alle sind der nett und freundlich. Dr. Omran fragt sehr genau nach und geht auf einen ein. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ich hatte im Vorfeld mehrere Endokrinologische Praxen angefragt und hier vergleichsweise schnell einen Termin bekommen (gesetzlich versichert). Andere Praxen haben z.T. gar keine neuen Patienten angenommen - ich war zeitweise echt etwas frustriert. Die Anamnese erfolgt anhand eines digitalen Fragebogens auf einem Tablet. Das halte ich für zeitgemäß, beschleunigt Prozesse und ist nachhaltig, da kein Papiermüll anfällt. Die Praxis ist etwas hellhörig, sodass man auch Themen anderer PatientInnen mitbekommt. Finde ich aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die PatientInnen sind ja i.d.R. den anderen unbekannt. Gespräche mit dem Arzt in Sprechzimmer und Kabine bieten Privatsphäre. Prof. Wüster hat sich für seine Patienten viel Zeit genommen. Hierdurch kam es zu längeren Wartezeiten, aber im Zentrum steht jeder einzelne, hier wird nicht nach einer Zeit x das Gespräch beendet. Das finde ich gut. Das gesamte Praxispersonal war sehr freundlich und hat meine Fragen gut beantwortet. Ich fühle mich hier gut aufgehoben.

Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Auch ich habe 1 Jahr auf den Termin gewartet aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Ich wurde von einem sehr netten Praxisteam empfangen - alle gut gelaunt, alle super nett. Herr Dr. Wüster war ebenfalls sehr sympathisch, ist auf mein Problem eingegangen und hat mir alles gut erklärt. Klare Empfehlung.

Ich kann Prof. Wüster nur sehr empfehlen! Ein sehr kompetenter und sympathischer Arzt, der sich Zeit für seine Patienten nimmt.
