“ Restaurant St. Benedikt is located in the historic center of Aachen-Kornelimünster in a listed building. The restaurant is led by owner and head chef Maximilian Kreus. He is a third-generation Michelin-starred chef who continues his family's culinary tradition with his unique touch, constantly pursuing new aromas and flavour combinations. Bester und freundlichster Services, den ich jemals in einem Restaurant erlebt habe! Hervorragendes 4-Gänge-Menü, es gibt nichts was auf irgendeiner Weise gefehlt hat oder nicht gestimmt hat. Macht genau weiter so und bleibt wie ihr seid!

Der Service verdient mindestens 7 Sterne. Das Essen kann auch alle Sinne befriedigen. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Hat aber durchaus Charme.

Hervorragende “klassische” Küche. So wie man es leider selten findet. Der Service war sehr entspannt und locker, gleichzeitig professionell.

Wir haben hier einen wahnsinnig schönen Abend verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Essen der Service und die Getränke alles war sehr stimmig und auf höchstem Niveau. Eine Besondere Empfehlung spreche ich für den Hauptgang mit Iberico Schwein aus . Ebenfalls ansprechend ist das man sich zwischen einem Omnivoren und Vegetarisch Menü entscheiden kann. Dies war der erste Besuch für mich einen einen Sterne Restaurant und ich kann nur sagen das das Sankt Benedikt dafür ein wunderbarer Ort war!

Tolles 3 Gänge Menü. Wir vier Erwachsene waren sehr zufrieden und es wurde auf Sonderwünsche immer eingegangen. Die zwei Kinder waren auch sehr zufrieden und auch hier wurde auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Sehr sehr professioneller Service. Wir waren zum ersten mal hier, aber nicht zum letzten mal.

Das vielleicht großartigste Essen in Aachen und auf jeden Fall ein Platz in den TOP10 von Deutschland!

Wenige Leute im Restaurant, aber mehr an der Bar ... Wir haben nicht im Hotel übernachtet, waren aber auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant in unserer Nähe und sind auf dieses gestoßen. Eine schöne Überraschung... Das Menü für 38,50 war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich und einladend.

Traditionsbewusstes Haus, sehr freundliches Personal. Sonderwünsche wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Leckeres Essen. Schöne alte Möbel, rustikal.

Sehr gutes Hotel, sehr sauber, nettes Personal. Prima Frühstück. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
