Insgesamt super! Erreichbarkeit war jederzeit gegeben, Absprache war schnell und einfach, Kostenschätzung am Telefon hat auch gepasst, der Herr war pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort, hat die Wohnung geöffnet und ein neues Schloss verbaut. Kann ich rundum empfehlen, jederzeit gern wieder – hoffentlich nicht so bald.
Wir kamen aufgrund einer defekten Mehrfachverriegelung nicht mehr in unsere Wohnung. Der telefonische Kontakt war sehr freundlich, transparent was Aufwand, Kosten etc. betrifft und der Mitarbeiter war sehr schnell vor Ort. Unser Problem konnte dann auch dank des Monteurs gelöst werden. Absolute Empfehlung!
