Sehr effizient, der Techniker war 15 Minuten nach meinem Anruf vor Ort. Da das Schloss sehr alt und schwer zu öffnen war, hat es einige Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Der Techniker war jedoch äußerst gründlich und professionell und hat nach 30 Minuten die Tür erfolgreich geöffnet. Er war sehr freundlich und Professionell

Sehr schnelle, professionelle und freundliche Hilfe bei defektem Schloss. Transparente Kommunikation am Telefon. Hilfe innerhalb von 15 min da. Schloss ausgetauscht und dabei alles erklärt. Vielen Dank und klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatten uns an einem Freitag Abend ausgesperrt. Nachdem Anruf hat es ca 10 Minuten gedauert bis jemand da war und weitere fünf Minuten bis die Tür offen war! Dabei noch nett geplaudert, da könnte man sich öfters ausschließen. Preis Leistung Top.
