Ich möchte dem Unternehmen meinen herzlichen Dank für die professionelle und schnelle Hilfe aussprechen. Ich geriet in eine typische Alltagssituation, die wirklich jedem passieren kann, und es war sehr angenehm, dass die Mitarbeiter sofort reagierten und der Techniker in kürzester Zeit vor Ort war. Die Arbeit wurde sorgfältig und zügig erledigt. Das Personal war höflich und freundlich. Ich bin mit dem Service vollkommen zufrieden. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen jedem empfehlen!

Wir hatten, typisch für solch einen Fall, samstags das Problem unser Haus aufgrund einer defekten SchließAnlage nicht mehr verlassen zu können. Kein Problem für Herrn Fuchs. Ohne irgendwelche unnötigen Pauschalen und Extrakosten, hat er sich Samstag zu uns begeben, und wir konnten schon am Nachmittag die Tür wieder verschließen.

Guter schneller Service und sehr netter Mitarbeiter. Hat alles unkompliziert funktioniert, sogar Kartenzahlung möglich. Bin sehr erleichtert!

Sehr zufrieden! Mir war die Tür am Samstag zugefallen. Nach einer guten halben Stunde kam jemand und öffnete sie. Sehr gut ist die transparente Preisliste auf der Homepage, so weiß man, was auf einen zukommt. Und selbst am Wochenende gilt der gleiche Preis. Sehr fair!

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe. Das war super toller Service zum Festpreis. Keine Abzocke wie man es so oft hört. Und der Hund war auch kein Problem. Und das am Sonntag. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung. Der Schlüsseldienst war innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort und die verschlossene Tür sehr schnell öffnen können und einen neuen Zylinder verbaut.
