Alles super gelaufen. Total nette Kommunikation mit dem Chef, der trotz eines Terminfehlers meinerseits sehr kulant reagiert hat. Dafür schon mal . Super Truppe dann vor Ort, sehr nett und höflich, die sofort nach dem Motto "Nicht lang schnacken - Möbel packen" losgelegt hat. Der Umgang mit den Möbeln war vorbildlich und auch das Entladen ging flott über die (Hebe-)Bühne. Sollte ich jemals noch einmal Umziehen, ich würde dieses Unternehmen noch einmal wählen.

Top Kommunikation im Vorfeld, der Umzug lief dann problemlos, schnell und ohne Hektik und Schäden an den Möbeln. Ich bin zu 100% zufrieden! Auch die Option, Kartons auszuleihen und gratis wieder abholen zu lassen, ist super praktisch und nachhaltig. Danke!

Ich habe von dem Unternehmen ein Klavier transportieren lassen, es ist alles perfekt gelaufen. Auf Mail-Anfage schnell ein Angebot bekommen, telefonisch einen sogar recht kurzfristigen Termin vereinbaren können. Preis wurde mir transparent erklärt, für Nachfragen habe ich das Büro immer direkt erreichen können. Abholung und Lieferung erfolgten pünktlich und reibungslos, Fahrer hat sich frühzeitig angemeldet.

Sehr nettes und zuverlässiges Umzugsunternehmen, gerade auch für Senioren. Sogar die Lampen wurden aufgehängt und angeschlossen, alle Möbel so lange verrückt bis es so stand wie es sein sollte. Danke! Es hat Spaß gemacht.
