Meine Mutter ist seit drei Monaten in der Residenz und begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter*innen. Hilfe kommt jederzeit und angemessen. Besser geht es nicht. Das angebotene Unterhaltungsprogramm ist vielseitig, so dass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Das Essen ist reichlich und gut. Das Heim macht insgesamt einen gepflegten, sauberen, gut organisierten und freundlichen Eindruck. Die negativen Kritiken sind nach unserer Erfahrung in keinster Weise nachvollziehbar!

Ich kann diese Einrichtung nur empfehlen hier steht das Wohl der Bewohner an erster Stelle Von der Verwaltung bis zu den Pflegefachkräften sehr kompetente und nette Menschen. Weiter so !! Wenn ich könnte würde ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben.!!

Alles macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Im Eingangsbereich beim Kiosk ist nachmittags viel los und gute Stimmung. Besonders angenehm ist mir aufgefallen, dass es immer frisch riecht und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind.

Sehr gute Pflege, immer gesprächsbereites Personal anwesend. Meine Mutter erhielt täglich Besuch, da bekommt man einiges mit.

Ich gebe der Einrichtung, den MitarberInnen als auch der Leitung 10 von möglichen 5 Sternen. Ich habe zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben das Gefühl, ein Zuhause zu haben und vor allem sicher zu sein - "This is a save space to be who you are!" - Danke für alles an alle!!!

Personen mit seelischen und psychischen Erkrankungen sind in dieser Wohnanlage sehr gut aufgehoben. Die oberste Priorität ist es, die Bewohner wieder für ein eigenständiges Leben zu stabilisieren.

Hier wohne ich zur Zeit. Freundliche und Kompetente Betreuung.
