Wir sind seit Jahren sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung unserer dementen Oma. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass auch in stressigen Zeiten viel Wert auf Respekt und einen würdevollen Umgang mit den Alten gelegt wird. Das Corona -Konzept und der Schutz der BewohnerInnen während der Pandemie war beeindruckend professionell. Danke für alles. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Residenz und können sie klar empfehlen.

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team für Ihre super Arbeit bedanken.Meine Mutter war nach monatigem Krankenhausaufenthalt bei Ihnen zur Kurzzeitpflege und wir waren zu 100% zufrieden....ob Pflegepersonal oder Verwaltung ....alle hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Nöte und dafür möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bedanken.

Vielen Dank für die sehr gute Pflege meiner Mutter. Das Team von Olivia ist sehr professionell und einfühlsam . Danke von der Familie Schwerdtfeger und Fiebrich Ich werde sie weiterempfehlen.

Die beschriebenen negativen Eindrücke kann ich nicht bestätigen. Mein Vater lebt seit einem Jahr in der vollstationären Pflege im Haus Abendstern und meine Mutter im angeschlossenen Service Wohnen direkt daneben. Es wird viel und abwechslungsreich angeboten, auch für Menschen mit hohem Pflegebedarf. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Mein Eindruck ist, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr zugewandt und offen sind. Sicherlich gab es auch Momente bei meinen Besuchen, die mich anfangs irritiert haben. Mittlerweile weiß ich, dass eben auch einige Krankheiten ein gewisses Verhalten bei den Mitbewohnern hervorrufen. Wenn es mal ein Problem gibt, finde ich immer ein offenes Ohr und mir wird der richtige Ansprechpartner genannt, der mir weiterhelfen kann. Alles in allem haben wir es nie bereut, uns für den Wohnpark entschieden zu haben. Danke für die Menschen, die dort arbeiten und eine so wichtige Arbeit leisten. Weiter so!

Ein warmer Ort. Unsere Oma musste ins Pflegeheim ziehen. Vom Erstgespräch bis zum Einzug wurden wir super informiert und unterstützt. Es ist eine warme Atmosphäre im Haus und dort arbeiten Menschen, denen die Bewohner am Herzen liegen, das merkt man. Vielen Dank an das Team und weiter so!

Ich möchte mich beim Pflegepersonal der station2 und bei der Leitung des Hauses für die liebevolle Betreuung in diesem Heim bedanken.meine Schwester hat über 5 Jahre eine würdevolle Betreuung erhalten.Dieses Heim bietet eine sehr umfangreiche und qualifizierte Leistung an.
