In 1999, he obtained his medical and research activities at the Clinic for Hematology and Oncology at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, and during this time, he also conducted research activities at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, USA. He belongs to the Medical Association of Westfalen-Lippe (Münster) and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance of Westfalen-Lippe (Dortmund). The practice team also includes Martina Leuner and Sabine Nitsche. He also creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in which his patients feel comfortable.
