Katharina begleitet mich schon seit mehreren Jahren in den unterschiedlichsten Zusammenhängen. Als Yoga- und Meditationslehrerin, als Expertin für Trauma und in diesem Jahr als Begleitung über ein ganzes Jahr in einem Mentorship Programm für Frauen. Durch ihre wundervoll herzliche, verständnisvolle und authentische Art kreiert sie jedes Mal Räume in denen ich mich sicher fühle. Sicher fühle, um mich zu öffnen, sicher fühle um genauer und tiefer nach Innen zu schauen, aber auch sicher einfach nur ich selbst zu sein. Nebenbei schafft sie es auch noch ein unglaubliches Wissen über die menschliche Psyche & das Nervensystem zu vermitteln, dass mir immer wieder dabei hilft, mehr Verständnis und Mitgefühl für mich, aber auch für andere zu entwickeln. Danke für deine tolle Arbeit & für deine starke unermüdliche Stimme für Frauen, liebe Katharina. Du ermutigst, stärkst und bereicherst mein Leben!

Wer die Möglichkeit hat Katharina in ihren Kursen rund ums Thema Meditation und Yoga zu erleben, wird gleichzeitig an ihrem fundamentalen Wissen der Psychologie teilhaben können. Gerade in der heutigen Zeit ist es sehr schwierig, einen Psychotherapeuten zu finden. Dank der Internetseite konnte ich problemlos und schnell einen Termin vereinbaren. In meinen Augen ist Herr Knott ein kompetenter und auch einfühlsamer Psychotherapeut mit pragmatischen Lösungsansätzen. Ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Herr Knott hat mir in einer schweren Phase meines Lebens sehr gut weitergeholfen. Die Gesprächstermine habe ich immer mit einem guten Gefühl verlassen und ich konnte vieles was wir besprochen haben auch in den Alltag übernehmen.

Janice was amazing in getting me through the lowest point in my life. She understands chronic conditions, in my case rheumatoid arthritis, and it's impact on emotional and mental difficulties.
