Für mich und meinen Mann das beste Sushi aller Zeiten. Ich liebe Hanayuki und gehe seit Jahren regelmäßig hier essen oder hole mir mein Essen zum Mitnehmen es ist einfach köstlich, alle Zutaten sind frisch und der Reis ist perfekt, leckere Getränke eine wunderbare Bedienung, tolle Location, ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen und ich bin rundum glücklich mit Hanayuki und bedanke mich herzlich für die vielen schönen Genussmomente durch die leckeren Gerichte. Liebes Hanayuki Team bleibt gesund und macht weiter so.

Nach regelmäßigen Besuchen im Hanayuki Braunschweig können wir mit Gewissheit sagen, dass man hier das wohl leckerste Sushi der Stadt bekommt. Absoluter Gaumenschmauß. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich, und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich, kreative Inneneinrichtung. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Tolles Ambiente. Nettes Personal und super lecker das Essen. Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort und brauchten keine Reservierung. Das Restliche Essen wurde uns eingepackt.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend im Restaurant und waren begeistert von der Qualität des Essens! Das Sushi war unglaublich frisch und geschmackvoll – man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den tollen Service: Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt und konnte den Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre genießen. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Erlebnis! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen das Restaurant von Herzen weiter.

Das Essen war total lecker, die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle. Es war eine sehr gemütlich Stimmung und die Portionen waren sehr gut. Das nächste mal in Braunschweig komme ich wieder hier her. Vielen Dank.

MONO REVIEWS

Wir waren gestern Abend zum ersten Mal im Mono. Von Anfang an war es toll. Es fing an mit dem Empfang, ging weiter mit dem Service und hörte auf mit dem Essen. Es schmeckte fantastisch!! Ich habe noch nie so leckeres Sushi gegessen. Der Service war auch super, sehr aufmerksam!! Wir werden wiederkommen!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend mit einem köstlichen Essen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Vorweg die Garnelen, Tuna Tataki, Wakame und eine echte Überraschung die Shiitake Pilze! Die Ente als Hauptgang war super zart und knusprig. Wir kommen bald wieder!

Definitiv das beste Restaurant in Braunschweig! Ich wusste nicht, dass Essen so begeistern kann. Zusätzlich muss ich den tollen Service hervorheben. Ich komme immer wieder gerne! Ein besonderes Lob an die Küche! Macht weiter so! P.S. Ich hoffe das es ab jetzt öfter Ramen bei euch gibt, die waren super!
