Durchweg beeindruckend, wie klar und tiefgreifend hier Konzept & Tradition zusammenfließen. Überzeugter Jivamukti hier. Meine Montagmorgenstunden bei Boris erfüllen mich mit Inspiration und fordern mich gleichzeitig heraus, meine Praxis zu vertiefen und sowohl Herz und Verstand für Philosophie und Anregungen zu öffnen. Anmeldung super easy, Studio wunderschön hell und Mantren die im Herz bleiben. Danke.

Sehr schönes Studio, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Sind sogar Duschen vorhanden. Die Stunden, die ich bisher besucht habe, waren toll. Die Open Classes kann ich jedem länger praktizierenden Yogi empfehlen.

Was für ein wundervoller, warmherziger und inspirierender Ort mitten in Berlin! Yoga ist Verbindung- das spürt man hier. Wir fühlten uns nach Moritz Yogaklasse leicht, happy und einfach nur gut.Tausend Dank.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsstudio. Die Lehrer sind alle top ausgebildet und machen einen tollen Unterricht. Schöne Abfolgen und sehr intensiv. Danach fühlt man sich immer wie neugeboren, der Geist ist ruhig, die Seele strahlt. Mein absoluter Tipp: Die Klassen von Rowena: Die sind einzigartig.

Sehr schöne Online Stunde bei Gigi, guter alter Jivamukti Style mit Chanten und auch genug Schwitzen, schöne fliessende Klasse ohne Schnickschnack.

I recently tried yoga at a studio that uses warm lamps to heat the space to 31°C, and I must say, it’s quite an effective method. The heat really helps to warm up the muscles, making it easier to stretch and relax deeply. There’s a lot of sense in this approach, especially during colder months. The studio has a spacious hall with a pleasant and calming atmosphere, which adds to the overall experience. I can definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a cozy way to stretch and unwind in winter. However, I found the program itself to be a bit short. It would have been great to include more asanas, as I felt some areas of my body were left under-stretched. That said, the effect was noticeable, and it’s an excellent option for those who want to stay warm while practicing yoga. Many studios lack warm air during winter, which makes this concept stand out. Just watch out for the cold wind outside once you’re done.

It’s a Lovely studio with brand new fully equipped amenities and they even have yoga gear for sale. I had Clemens for Original hot yoga and it was great. The room was heated and spacious enough to be not overcrowded. The instructor was really soft spoken yet assertive enough to push you deeper into each pose. He was ensuring that each student was “okay” and not passing out. Very respectful and professional teacher. Remember it’s bikram so it’s very structured and it’s always the same 26 poses in a super hot room so you are drenched by the time you are done. Bring your mat, 2 big towels, and a big water. Another great thing I noticed and appreciated is they sell 1L of water for 2 euros as oppose to something overpriced in other studios.

The first class I attended was Francesca’s class and im so glad she was my first teacher for my first hot yoga! She’s just full of energy! Been going to this studio for almost 5 months now.
