She completed over 1000 hours of yoga training and is registered as E-RYT® 500 and YACEP® with the International Yoga Alliance. The rooms with colourful lighting provide sufficient space for yoga, encouraging activity and relaxation. Phoenix Yoga opens approximately 15-20 minutes before each class, promoting a welcoming environment for students. Phoenix Yoga offers mindfulness-based bodywork, yoga coaching, medical yoga, Thai yoga bodywork, holistic personal training, breathing and energy work and individual lessons based on personal goals and needs.”
