“ Bikram Yoga Altona has a spacious studio that provides an appropriate room for hot yoga sessions. Bikram Yoga is pure hot yoga. Their sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga exercises is practised at 40 degrees Celsius room. The exercises are not easy but not complicated, and ideal for beginners. Bikram Yoga Altona offers Bikram yoga for all ages and abilities. The studio has energy-efficient radiant heaters that maintain a constant temperature, operate silently, and are allergen-friendly. Bikram Yoga Altona has an on-site shop that offers a variety of yoga wear for hot yoga, vibrant yoga mats, matching towels, yoga bags, and drinking bottles.

2026 Update: Bikram Yoga Altona has a total area of 360 m2 with plenty of space for the hot yoga practice, and an open lobby with tea to relax. The changing rooms have several showers and offer all the necessary things such as a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Yoga cards and vouchers are available. ”

Tolles & herzliches Team, sehr schöne Räume und selbst nach fast 15 Jahren Bikram Yoga Praxis lerne ich immer noch etwas dazu. Motivierende Klassen, in denen man seine Grenzen austesten kann - und wenn es nur die Geduld mit sich selbst ist, an der man arbeitet ;-) Absolute Empfehlung! Danke an Claudia & Hans für diesen Wohlfühl-Ort. Seit drei Jahren bin ich regelmäßig eure Gästin und werde euch sehr vermissen, wenn es 2026 für mich nach Oldenburg geht. Aber ich komme wieder - so oft es geht!! Namaste!

Seit 15 Jahren zieht es mich immer wieder zum Hot-Yoga. Claudia und Hans sind nicht nur tolle Trainer, sie geben einen immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein und schaffen eine herzliche Atmosphäre in ihrem sehr professionellen Studio. Obwohl ich eine Stunde Anfahrt habe, lohnt es sich jedesmal wieder.

Claudia und Hans sind wirklich ganz tolle Menschen <3 Super herzliches Team und anstrengende Yoga Sessions. In Kombination mit den Rabatten zu Ostern, Sommer und Weihnachtszeit auch finanziell attraktiv. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Wohlfühl-Studio mit Sucht-Faktor! Der Yin Flow Workshop war absolut top. Mit dezenter perfekt abgestimmter Musikauswahl leitete Caro uns durch kraftvolle AsanaFlows die fließend in eine sanfte Yin Praxis übergingen... präzise Ansagen, Tiefgang und maximale Entschleunigung. Bei meinem nächsten Hamburg Besuch komm ich wieder.

Ich liebe das Yoga-Studio! Es gibt spezielle Anfänger-Kurse. Aber auch „richtige“ Yogis kommen auf ihre Kosten. Am Wochenende kann es hier sehr voll werden. Aber die Energie im Raum ist unglaublich!

Das schönste Studio in HH, mit viel Liebe geführt und voller Energie, mit tollen und sehr gut ausgebildeten Teachern.
