While visiting Heidelberg I attended a session at true yoga and it was amazing. The whole environment was so positive and I immediately felt connected. Teacher Manoj was patient, encouraging and took time to correct our posture for a better outcome. He is vastly knowledgeable and shares it with us which makes it all the more meaningful. The session was perfectly balanced which made me physically relaxed and energized at the same time. I felt more lighter and calmer throughout the day. Teacher Manoj is really passionate in what he teaches and i hope i can visit true yoga again soon. I highly recommend this place for everyone.

Sehr freundlich & spielerisch angeleitete Yogakurse für Kinder. Manoj holt die Kinder mit ihren Fähigkeiten und Vorkenntnissen ab, wo sie sind und führt sie kindgerecht an die Grundlagen des Yoga, wie den Sonnengruß, Meditation und Atemübungen, heran. Jedes Kind erhält dabei individuelle Aufmerksamkeit. Die Kinder haben dabei Spaß und Raum und Zeit, sich bewusst mit sinnvollen Übungen für Körper und Geist auseinanderzusetzen. Ich kann es allen Kindern & Eltern wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

I absolutely love this yoga studio! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the teachers are so kind and knowledgeable. Every class leaves me feeling refreshed, centered, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve both body and mind!

Meine Freundin und ich sind für ein Wochenende in Heidelberg und wollten heute mit Yoga den Tag starten. Die Buchung verlief super easy. Das Yoga Studio ist so schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, clean und mit viel Liebe. Die Morning Routine um 9.30 mit Christiane war total super: sehr gut angeleitet, mit Mikro top verständlich, eine schöne Übungsauswahl Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl bei Christiane und würden jederzeit wieder kommen Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir fühlen uns wohl

Wir hatten für einen Junggesellinnenabschied eine Yogastunde im in touch gebucht. Die Stunde war super erholsam, wir hatten jede Menge Spaß und fühlten uns direkt wohl. Wir können das Yogastudio sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ich bin seit 8 Monaten bei Nadine und fühle mich bei Ihr sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Yogaübungen sind sehr abwechslungsreich und ich bin danach frei von Allem. Verspannungen und Muskelschmerzen haben sich seit der Teilnahme deutlich verbessert. Nadine sorgt für Wohlfühlatmosphäre, die für ein erfolgreiches Ergebnis sehr wichtig ist. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Nadine.

Ich kann Nadines Arbeit von Herzen empfehlen. In den letzten Wochen habe ich ihre Rauhnachtbegleitung mitgemacht und mich dabei sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Fragen und Übungen haben mir sehr geholfen zwischen den Jahren mehr bei mir zu bleiben und bewusst zurück und nach vorne zu blicken. Vielen Dank dafür liebe Nadine!
