Ich kann diesen Ort nur weiterempfehlen! Es gibt eine große Vielfalt an Kursen und Möglichkeiten, bei denen der Fokus auf wirklich wichtigen Aspekten liegt. Besonders gut gefällt mir die intensive Arbeit mit dem Atem, die in vielen Einheiten integriert wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, und auch die Besucher sorgen für eine angenehme und offene Atmosphäre. Ich komme jedes Mal gerne hierher.

Ich freue mich, in Offenbach so einen tollen Ort für meine Yogapraxis gefunden zu haben. Im Hatha Kurs von Nadine finde ich Kreativität für meine eigene Praxis zu Hause, Herausforderung, aber auch Entspannung, sodass er mittlerweile zu meinem absoluten Lieblingskurs geworden ist!

Heute denke ich daran, dass es mir schwer gefallen ist, mich zum Yoga zu motivieren. Mein Körper sehnte sich nach Ruhe. Genau diese habe ich im Yogaladen gefunden :) Danke für eine weiter tolle Stunde bei euch. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste.

Ein wirklich wunderbares Yoga-Studio! Der Rückbildungskurs mit Baby bei Kristin war einfach großartig. Jede Stunde war liebevoll aufgebaut, abwechslungsreich und genau das Richtige nach der Schwangerschaft. Man merkt, wie viel Erfahrung und Herz Kristin in ihre Kurse steckt – sie ist sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind schön, ruhig und sehr einladend, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt eine tolle Atmosphäre – ich kann das Studio von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Ein tolles Yoga-Studio. Der Rückbildungskurs mit Baby bei Kristin war großartig! Jede Einheit war durchdacht, effektiv und tat nach der Schwangerschaft unglaublich gut. Kristin ist herzlich und kompetent, die Räumlichkeiten schön und einladend. Ein wirklich tolles Studio – absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich liebe es. Habe Yoga immer für ein „esoterisches Spektakel“ gehalten und deshalb nie gedacht, dass ich mich darin je wiederfinde…bis ich hier gelandet bin. Bei Babs ist Yoga einfach eine großartige Mischung aus „sportlich anstrengend“ und wunderbarer Entspannung. Die Räume sind so ästhetisch, man möchte direkt einziehen…! Babs ist unheimlich sympathisch und warmherzig und auch die anderen Yogis sind sehr angenehme Menschen. Super ist auch, dass man zwischen „personal“ (allein) und „open“ (kleine Gruppe) Yoga entscheiden kann… Oh! Und es gibt ein „Mini-Spa“! Massagen& Beauty Behandlungen kann man auch bei Babs buchen…

Das Yoga bei Babs tut mir immer so unglaublich gut! Von Anfang an hat mich das süße, moderne Studio und der Yoga Stil von Babs überzeugt! Der Flow ist super und durch die fließende Atmung komme ich in eine pure Entspannung und bin ganz bei mir. Man kann super zur Ruhe kommen und tut gleichzeitig seinem Körper was Gutes. Die liebevolle Atmosphäre ist wundervoll! Das Yoga Studio und auch die Massagen kann ich wärmstens empfehlen! Danke dir Babs für alles

Der Yoga Salon bei Babs ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase mit Yoga Einheiten für Anfänger, wie auch Fortgeschrittenen! Ich komme schon über ein Jahr immer wieder gerne und kann auch die Massage sehr empfehlen
