Cornelia Suhr is the owner of Princess Cheesecake. The cheesecake compositions are carefully selected and made with natural and organic ingredients, featuring regional and seasonal fruits and exquisite aromas, all to provide maximum culinary pleasure. They source the majority of their ingredients from local and regional farmers, taking an ecological approach to natural resources. All cakes can be picked up at the shop. Vegan, gelatin-free, and alcohol-free cakes are available here. Princess Cheesecake has another branch in Berlin.”
