Auto über das online Portal gebucht. Wir haben für unser Wochenende Trip ein Cabrio gebucht und auch bekommen :-) Die Übergabe am Flughafen Stuttgart war unkompliziert. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Konnte alle Fragen zu den Mietbedingungen beantworten. Die Übergabe des Fahrzeugs erfolgte problemlos im Parkhaus P4. Die Rückgabe verlief ebenso reibungslos. Das Fahrzeug wurde entgegengenommen kurze Zeit später bekam ich die Bestätigungs-mail der Abwicklung. Würde dort wieder ein Cabrio mieten. Für den ganzen Prozess kann ich daher guten Gewissens 5Sterne+ vergeben.

Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich wurde sehr kompetent beraten und bei der Auswahl des passenden Fahrzeugs bestens unterstützt. Die Beratung war professionell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service – absolut empfehlenswert.

During the car hire process, the branch assistant, Mr Mertcan, provided us with detailed information and helped us choose the most suitable vehicle. He patiently answered all our questions. As we had been properly briefed on how to use the vehicle, we did not encounter any problems. When we returned the vehicle, Ms Tuğba looked after us. She assisted us with the return procedures. We were very pleased with the staff’s attentive and considerate manner.

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier. Der Mitarbeiter Abu war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und auch so ein total cooler Typ. Die Abwicklung war zügig und professionell. Ich würde hier immer wieder mieten, wenn ich in der Gegend bin und empfehle den freundlichen Herrn auch gern weiter.

Easy, Comfortable and Welcoming. Overall experience is Great. Abu and Frankie helped us understand us everything and received us with care.
