Super Service! Ich bin mit meinem kaputten Laptopbildschirm zur Notebook Lounge gekommen und der Chris hat meinen Display super schnell und in hochwertiger Qualität ersetzt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Diesen Laden kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Angefangen von der Beantwortung meiner Anfrage bezüglich eines Problems bezüglich falscher Partitionskonfiguration sowie der BIOS-Version meines PCs (deshalb war kein Upgrade auf Win11 möglich) über die freundliche und kompetente Bedienung im CSV-Laden bis hin zur Behebung des Problems einschließlich des Erhalts aller Installationen. Weder im Fall einer nötigen Problemlösung, noch im Fall des Wunsches nach individueller Fertigung eines neuen Rechners werde ich den weiten Weg zum Hohenzollernring scheuen!

Sehr gute Beratung zum gewünschten Produkt, hier neuer PC für Privat. Die vereinbarten Termine wurden eingehalten, die Kontaktaufnahme per Mail sowie weitere Fragen wurden verständlich und zeitnah beantwortet. Sehr freundliche Bedienung im Geschäft. Klare Empfehlung.

CSV beschäftigt offensichtlich noch immer sehr kompetente Techniker. Mein Auftrag wurde dieses Mal nicht mit üblicher Geschwindigkeit ausgeführt da das Team wegen der Umstellungen von Windows 10 stark ausgelastet ist. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert
