Freundliche, kompetente und schnelle Hilfe. Habe meinen Rechner morgens vorbei gebracht und konnte ihn wenige Stunden später wieder abholen. Mir wurde genau erklärt was den Fehler (Kurzschluss) verursacht hat. Und das ganze extrem günstig. Da kommt man doch gerne wieder.

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen hier gemacht. Die notebooklinik hat mir schiwi empfohlen. Vertrauenswürdigen Laden! Gute und faire preise, tolle Ergebnisse. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Problemen mit meinen Desktop zu schiwi kommen.

Sehr netter Service, hilfsbereit und freundlich und kompetent. Bestellung war genau wie beschrieben und wurde schnell geliefert. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Toll, dass es solche Geschäfte noch gibt.

Super freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend! An einem Samstag morgen kostenlos eine Einschätzung zur Problematik meines PC-Builds gegeben und mit mir mögliche Fehlerquellen am Telefon besprochen und live unterstützt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Hamburger Computerservice hat sehr schnell und zuverlässig mein Akkuproblem gelöst. Dabei hatte ich stets das Gefühl, dass hier ehrlich und mit Herzblut gearbeitet wurde. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schnell, sehr freundlich, absolut kompetent und sofort super-hilfreich. Herr Schulz hat mein Laptop - und mich - gerettet.

Der Klassiker: PC bootet nicht mehr. Nach eigener Diagnose kamen Netzteil oder Mainboard in Frage - da ich in Ermangelung von Ersatzteilen weder das eine noch das andere ausschließen konnte, habe ich Herrn Schulz vom Hamburger Computerservice angerufen. Sonntags - gar kein Problem. Nachdem telefonisch das Problem nicht gelöst werden konnte, Termin am Montag gemacht, PC abgegeben, Dienstag Ergebnis der Fehleranalyse: Netzteil defekt. Neues wurde sofort bestellt, eingebaut, Freitag war alles fertig abholbereit. Herr Schulz hat geduldig mein Drängeln ertragen, der Kontakt war immer freundlich und verbindlich. IHRE PC ENGEL REVIEWS

Ich habe mir einen neuen Laptop gegönnt, weil auf dem alten Gerät Windows 11 nicht machbar war. Die guten Leute hier, haben alle vorhandenen Daten auf das neue Gerät kopiert und sogar alle Programme, die ich nutze, wurden übertragen und sind bis auf zwei (wegen Win 11) voll lauffähig. Auf meinem Laptop sind 1,3 TB Daten vorhanden, das ist kein Spielegerät. Mir ist echt ein Stein vom Herzen gefallen. Ich dachte schon, ich müsste alles neu installieren. Vielen, vielen Dank für eure Arbeit!!!!!!

Die PC-Engel sind wirklich wahre Engel. Alle Probleme wurden bisher schnell behoben und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent, engagiert und freundlich. Kurzfristige Termine vor Ort erfolgen auch schnell und vieles kann über die Fernwartung geklärt werden. Ich kann die PC- Engel nur wärmstens empfehlen und bin froh, daß es sie gibt. Danke, das Ihr immer für uns da seid.

Bisher wurde jedes Problem zeitnah gelöst. Super nettes Team. Wir fühlen uns bei euch sehr gut aufgehoben.
