Vielen Dank für die superschnelle und professionelle Unterstützung und Reparatur meines Softwareproblems. Aufgrund eines gravierenden Fehlers bei einem UpDate waren meine beiden Computer komplett lahmgelegt. Nichts ging mehr! Dank der schnellen Hilfe von PC-Rausch Langner waren beide Computer nach nur 24 Stunden wieder voll einsatzbereit.

Ich war auf Grund eines verschobenen TouchPads meines Notebooks (hp) bei PC Rausch. Mir konnte kompetent, freundlich und schnell binnen 24h geholfen werden. Gerne wieder! Ich werde den Service definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Super Service. Mir wurde bei neuen Hardware Komponenten geholfen, dann hatte ich mir selbst Probleme beim Einbau gemacht, bin hin zu den Jungs und die haben mir geholfen, innerhalb paar std. Sagte zwar stelle mich hinten an, aber die machten es schnell und zügig. Hab mein neuen Laden gefunden, auch wenn ich dafür 20km in Kauf nehmen muss. Danke euch nochmal und schöne Weihnachte.

Mein Kameraglas am Smartphone (Samsung) war defekt, also ging ich in den Laden und war positiv überrascht! Erstmal super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Reparatur ging schnell und unkompliziert vonstatten und das mit Originalteilen.

Sehr kompetent, absolut zuverlässig, unkompliziert und wahnsinnig schnell in der Auftragsabarbeitung. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe.
