“ Tanzschule Gutmann was established by Peter and Anneliese Gutmann, who transformed his passion into a profession by converting their parents' sheet metal workshop into a dance school. Now the school is run by Matthias Blattmann, Johnny Schmidt-Brinkmann, and Christian Spengler. Tanzschule Gutmann offers a wide range of dance courses, including West Coast Swing, couple dances, social dances, urban dance, ballet, Modern, jazz, vintage swing, and fitness courses. They organise up to 300 dance courses every week. With selected music, spectacular shows, and elaborate decorations, they ignite your joy for dance and events.
2026 Update: Tanzschule Gutmann team consists of over 200 employees and offers programs for all age groups, ranging from children to adults. Courses are available for specific groups, including teenagers, students, singles around 25, singles around 45, and individuals aged 60 and above. The curriculum follows the World Dance Program of the ADTV (General German Dance Teachers Association). The basic level includes three blocks, each with four course sessions. The advanced level contains six blocks, each with four sessions. The medal levels 1 and 2 consist of twelve blocks, each comprising four course sessions. Online courses are also available. ”
