Ich war zum ersten Mal bei Dr. Raub, ich empfand ihn als sehr emphatisch. Er ging auf meine Sorgen ein und nahm Sie mir auch. Ich war zur Vorsorge dort und hatte ein Problem mit einem Muttermal. Die Vorsorge wurde gut durchgeführt, dass Problem mit dem Muttermal sofort behoben. Die Wartezeit was sehr angenehm, nach 5min im Wartezimmer wurde ich aufgerufen. Den Termin habe ich problemlos über die App gemacht. Auch die Sprechstundehilfe am Empfang war sehr nett.

Sprechstundenhilfen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Dr.Raub untersuchte meine Anliegen und in beiden Fällen wurde mir geholfen.Ich bin mit den Ergebnissen mehr als zufrieden.Vielen Dank !

Seit circa 30 Jahre leide ich schon an extremer Psoriasis. Frau Dr. Henkel empfahl mir eine Behandlung mit Biologika. In meinem Fall war es ein Biologika, das die Aktivität des Proteins IL -23, das u. a. für die Entzündungswerte verantwortlich ist, hemmt. Was soll ich sagen: die Behandlung war ein voller Erfolg. :-) Nach circa einem Monat war meine Haut komplett schuppenfrei. Es war ein ganz neues Lebensgefühl. Nach circa 1 Jahr musste ich auf Grund einer rheumatischen Erkrankung ein anderes Biologika nehmen. Ich bin für die kompetente und lösungsorientierte Behandlung seitens Frau Dr. Henkel sehr dankbar und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Bei Frau Dr. Henkel fühlt man sich perfekt aufgehoben! Sie nimmt sich Zeit, ist sehr freundlich und geduldig. Ich hatte gestern einen Termin und dachte es wird nur ein Beratungsgespräch aber Frau Dr. Henkel hat direkt Bluttest gemacht und die störende Muttermale innerhalb von 5 Minuten entfernt. Ich bin mega zufrieden!
