Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Das Hotel liegt zudem in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Haltestelle, mit welcher man schnell das Zentrum erreichen kann. Das Personal war stets freundlich!

Stayed at the hotel when I stayed on a weekend vacation to watch Dortmund. Staff we're very friendly and were very helpful with me with my very limited German. The room and facilities were top tier with a lower level for relaxation or workout in the gym. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the football stadium or 30 minutes from the City Centre which was very convenient.

Very polite and kind staff who treated me very well. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. The room is spacious and nice. I hope to come again.

HOTEL AND EXCELLENT SERVICES This hotel is in a good location, just a few stops from the city center on the metro/tram line. It is a beautiful and quiet location, the hotel is warm and friendly. It is ideal to spend 2-3 nights here... Warm and friendly staff. The room was big and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is enough for what you need, free wi-fi. Rich breakfast, with everything you would need. We will definitely return to this location every time we are in Dortmund.

It was clean and affordable. The room was quiet and the staff was nice. Only minus-point would be the fact that there was very little parking available. The hotel only had a few spots and it's located in a residential area, so not much street parking either. Otherwise perfectly suited for a comfortable stay.

Friendly staff., simple check-in. Nice, clean rooms with good design. Exceeded my expectations in a positive way. Oftentimes I pay double to get less.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is in a great location literally 2 minutes' walk from the railway station. The hotel is nice, clean and very new. I had a nice junior suite where everything was new and shining, I had the coffee machine, a nice desk and a couch. Wifi was good. The breakfast was super with a huge choice and a lot of fresh food. The personal was the cheery on the top, nice friendly, professional and able to solve all the issues with a nice smile. A nice surplus, when I arrived after a long trip a nice complimentary glass of water, orange juice and sweets. Definitely would come back any time.
