Ich habe mir heute in der Filiale in der Neuhauser Straße 35 Ohrlöcher stechen lassen. Christine hat das von vorne bis hinten toll gemacht. Sie war freundlich, wusste offensichtlich was sie macht und war auch beim Stechen sehr schnell, so dass es kaum weh getan hat. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder zu ihr gehen!

Christine Arul hat uns super beraten! Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir wieder eine Uhr brauchen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Wir hatten ein tolles Einkaufserlebnis in München. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte, ist der tolle Aftersales Service bei einer Reklamation kurz nach dem Kauf. Diese wurde schnell und mit toller Kommunikation abgewickelt! Wird wurden über jeden Schritt per Mail informiert und die Kette wurde uns innerhalb kurzer Zeit wieder per UPS zugestellt. Ich vergebe 5 Sterne und kann ohne Bedenken wieder dort einkaufen.

Was ein mega Service. Samstag vor dem 1. Advent mit zwei Kids reingekommen, trotz großem Andrang, wurden wir sehr schnell bedient. Beratung war sehr gut und ein lustiges Gespräch. Zum Schluss wurden wir gefragt, ob die Schleife so passt. Welche Schleife??? Die sah super aus, aber irgendwie kommt es auf den Inhalt an. Danke an das coole Team.

Ich hatte Herrn Gerwin als Verkäufer und ich kann sagen das diese Boutique zum empfehlen ist. Top Beratung. Schöner Schmuck.
