sehr gutes Fachwissen, umfangreiche Untersuchung gemacht, mit einfachen Worten prima erklärt, diverse Behandlungsmethoden dargelegt, einfühlsame Unterhaltung geführt, Freundlichkeit pur, zeigt auch mal mit einem Lächeln den richtigen Weg, als ich mich in der Praxis verlief. Bei der OP Sicherheit ausgestrahlt und perfekt organisiert und zeitlich geplant, direkt nach der Narkose nach dem Gesundheitszustand gefragt. Verbandwechsel und OP-Kontrolle gründlich und zeitlich unmittelbar durchgeführt.

Ich war heute zur Erstbehandlung bei Frau Dr. Serpil Koc. Sie hat mir genau zugehört, mich ausreden lassen und auch meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich habe mich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich kann diese Ärztin nur empfehlen. Auch an der Anmeldung lief alles glatt und ohne Probleme. Termine kann man ganz bequem über die Internetseite buchen.

Ein großes Lob an die Praxisorganisation, und moderne ( reibungslos funktionierende) Kommunikationswege. Fr. Dr. Koc hat mich mit ausgezeichneter fachlicher Expertise und sehr sympathisch und freundlich beraten. 100 % Weiterempfehlung

Ich bin schon viele Jahre bei Dr. Richter in Behandlung und rundum zufrieden. Er ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und nimmt sich Zeit für seine Patienten. Die Diagnosen sind stets zutreffend und verständlich erklärt. Besonders schätze ich seine einfühlsame Art und das offene Ohr für alle Fragen. Auch das gesamte Praxisteam ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und super organisiert - es gibt kaum Wartezeiten, was heute leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Insgesamt ein tolles Team und eine Praxis, in der man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. ABSOLUT empfehlenswert!

Herr Dr. Kristen hat bei mir eine Arthroskopie ausgeführt wegen einer Meniskusverletzung im Knie. Diese Operation hat er so hervorragend durchgeführt, dass ich im Nachgang keine einzige Schmerztablette einnehmen musste, weil alles von Anfang an okay war. Meine Gehhilfen konnte ich schon nach 4 Tagen stehen lassen. Mein Knie ist heute wieder Tip Top. Herr Dr. Kristen selbst sowie sein Praxispersonal sind alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und beantworten alle Fragen, die man stellt. Außerdem beraten Sie gerne und gut. Perfekt. Besser geht's nicht. Ich kann sowohl Herrn Dr. Kristen als Arzt wie auch seine Praxis insgesamt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe mich bei Dr. Kristen operieren lassen und bin rundum zufrieden. Die Behandlung war fachlich top, der Ablauf sehr professionell und gut organisiert.
