“ 2025 Update: Fischkontor Alberthafen GmbH und Co. KG is a spacious restaurant serving German fish dishes. The interior features maritime elements such as rigging, an aquarium, ship hull details, and lifebuoys. The restaurant extends over two floors, of a ground floor and an upper deck, which are divided into several dining areas and rooms. On the lower level, the separate event room “Maschine” (Machine) has its own entrance and can accommodate up to approximately 80 people. The restaurant offers around 200 seats across both floors, including seating with harbour views for up to 20 guests and the Captain’s Mess, which seats up to 35 people. The restaurant is suitable for a wide range of guests and occasions, including day visitors, tour groups, conferences, family gatherings, company events, and class reunions. “ Kastenmeiers was established in the 18th century. The original building was destroyed during World War II and rebuilt in 1995. The restaurant is located in the Taschenbergpalais building and includes an outdoor seating area. The menu is developed by chef Gerd Kastenmeier and focuses on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and consistent product quality. The restaurant serves oysters, sushi, regional fish dishes, and cocktails. The menu changes monthly and features fish dishes, reinterpretations of traditional recipes, and lighter dishes, including vegetarian options. A selection of wines is available. Kastenmeiers offers approximately 140 air-conditioned seats. Guests can view the open kitchen from the garden room, where dishes are prepared using fish from freshwater and saltwater tanks. Their fish counter provides a selection of fish for purchase. Outdoor seating and vegetarian dishes are offered. Vouchers are also available. ”

Tolles Restaurant, sehr leckeres Essen und zuvorkommender Service! Wir sind durch einen Zufall dort gelandet, aber weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, waren wir zwei Tage später gleich nochmal dort... Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und unsere Tochter bekam zur Begrüßung gleich etwas zum ausmalen. Außerdem gibt es ein separates Spielzimmer für Kinder, das kam sehr gut an bei uns... Es gibt eine extra Kinderkarte, aber auch die Erwachsenen finden definitiv etwas! Übersichtliche Karte, aber dass was wir hatten, was sehr lecker! Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und hatte immer einen flotten Spruch auf den Lippen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei Gelegenheit definitiv wieder vorbeischauen.

Wir hatten zum Brunch gebucht … sehr schön war die Kaffeemaschine auch im oberen Sitzbereich. Man hat viel Platz im Gang und zum Nachbartisch ..Das Essen war in seiner Auswahl sehr opulent sehr lecker, gut gewürzt und hübsch angerichtet. Das Personal war hinterher, sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen an die Reservierung denken.

Mein heutiger Besuch zum Adventsbrunch war wieder sowas von gut und lecker! Das Essen war toll. Es schmeckte uns allen ganz super. Die Kellner waren super aufmerksam und freundlich. Besser kann es nicht gehen. Danke dem Chef, Thomas Kian-Zenker, dem Küchenpersonal, den Kellern und all den fleißigen Helfern.

Erneut einen schönen Abend im ansprechenden und gehobenen Restaurant Kastenmeiers verbracht. Das Essen war wieder hervorragend und das Personal rundete den Abend ab. Sehr gewitzt und humorvoll ging es zu (das darf gerne so sein). Ein Tisch sollte vorab reserviert werden. Eine absolute Empfehlung spreche ich für dieses Restaurant aus.

Das Restaurant ist modern und elegant eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und kennt sich gut aus. Die Speisen sind immer frisch und sehr lecker. Teilweise wird am Tisch zubereitet. Jeder Besuch ist ein Erlebnis.

Sehr schöne Erfahrung. Sehr schickes, elegantes und modernes Restaurant. Das Essen ist mega lecker. Personal sehr nett und freundlich

Tolles Essen, ausgesprochen freundliche Bedienung! Essen ist frisch gekocht, schön angerichtet und großzügige Portionen! Auch war es ein sehr herzlicher Umgang mit unserer Tochter! Das Ambiente ist richtig gemütlich und maritim! Die Aquarien sind wunderschön! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hervorragendes Restaurant. Vielseitige Fischgerichte von Hering bis Pangasius und von Heilbutt bis Saibling. Sehr gute Fischsuppen. Ganze Fische und Filets. Leckerer Salat und gute Beilagen. Endlich mal wieder Mirinda. Supernettes Personal. Große Aquarien Sorge für eine maritime Atmosphäre.

Einfach sensationell gutes Essen für alle Fischfreunde von Herzen zu empfehlen. Besonders lecker sind die Grün-Schalen Muscheln. Ein Fest für den Gaumen!!!
