“ Bikram Yoga Dusseldorf specialises in Bikram Yoga, consisting of 26 yoga postures and two breathing exercises specifically adaptable to the needs of Western practitioners. Bikram Yoga Düsseldorf is designed to be practised in a room heated to 40 degrees Celsius with a humidity level of about 40%. This high temperature, combined with the controlled humidity, facilitates deep and intensive stretching. They have separate changing rooms for men and women, are equipped with several showers, and offer the necessary comfort. The floor was specially developed and prepared for hot yoga schools to meet all hygiene requirements. Bikram Yoga Düsseldorf provides on-site and online services.

2026 Update: Bikram Yoga Dusseldorf uses state-of-the-art technology for heating and provides taster sessions. LaMott Eugine Atkins is the owner of the studio. Seit meiner ersten Yoga Stunde vor zwei Jahren in diesem tollen Studio steht Bikram Yoga bei mir an der ersten Stelle. Ich hatte vorher noch nie Yoga ausprobiert, da es mir beim Sport immer wichtig war und ist, mich auszupowern. Bikram Yoga kombiniert alles :-) Entspannung, Einklang von Körper und Geist, Meditation und ich fühle mich danach ausgepowert. Zudem ist die Atmosphäre in dem Studio einfach toll und der Lehrer LaMott natürlich auch :-).

Das beste Yoga für mich! Anspruchsvoll, aber entspannend und regenerierend. LaMott führt wunderbar durch alle Asanas. Ich liebe die meditative Art von Bikram Yoga

Das Beste, was du jemals für dich tun kannst!! Selbstfürsorge beginnt mit Bikram Yoga und LaMott ist der beste Lehrer, den ich je kennengelernt habe!!

Ein wunderschöner Ort - nicht umsonst wird er „happy place“ genannt. Die 200h Yogaausbildung 2023/2024 war eine wunderschöne Reise in die Yogawelt - ( inkl. feinstoffliche Energie, hands on ,etc..) sthira sukha asanam - Stabilität und Leichtigkeit - gepaart mit viel Herzlichkeit … genau so muss eine Ausbildung sein - vielen Dank liebe Birgit , dass ich das erleben durfte .

Mein absolutes Herzens-Studio in Düsseldorf! Ich habe hier gerade meine 200h Yogalehrerin Ausbildung abgeschlossen und kann es nur empfehlen!! Es war eine ganz wunderbare Zeit. Abgesehen davon, ist das Studio natürlich auch für Kurse und andere Workshops zu empfehlen. Die Atmosphäre im Yogaloft ist einfach zauberhaft und ich freue mich immer auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Das Yogaloft ist ein Happy People Place, den die liebe Birgit erschaffen hat. Ich habe dort meine 200h Ausbildung gemacht und mich sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Tolle Wochenenden, tolle und sehr inspirierende Lehrer. Ich kann die Ausbildung dort nur jedem ans Herz legen. Das Yogaloft bietet viele verschiedene Kurse an, wo für jeden etwas dabei ist. Reinschauen lohnt sich.

KARMAKARMA REVIEWS

Yoga-Studio mit einer tollen Atmosphäre, geprägt von hellen Räumen, hohen Decken und einem ansprechenden Holzboden. Die stilvolle Dekoration trägt zum Ambiente bei. Das breitgefächerte Kursangebot deckt verschiedenste Yoga-Stile ab und macht Karmakarma zu einem idealen Ort für entspannende und belebende Yoga-Praktiken.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, diesen wundervollen Ort kennen zu lernen. Es erwarten einen dort traumhafte Räumlichkeiten, bezaubernde Yogis und Yoginis und das Studio lebt von der tollen Ausstrahlung Riccardas. Nach ihren Stunden gehe ich gestärkt, glücklich und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht nach Hause. Danke.

Das herzlichste Studio Du fühlst dich rundum umsorgt, inspiriert und glücklich! Ich kann es insbesondere für die empfehlen, die vielleicht vorher noch keine Berührungspunkte zum Yoga hatten. Ich verspreche euch, ihre werdet euch in das Studio und Yoga generell verlieben.
