Tolles Studio mit schöner Atmosphäre in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. So kann man wirklich vom Alltagsstress runterkommen.

Die Yoga-Zeit mit Angelika ist für mich eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag. Insbesondere die Kombination aus Mediation und Yoga gefällt mir sehr gut. Jede Woche erhalte ich einen neuen Impuls zum Nachdenken. Ich habe wenige Wochen nach der Geburt meiner Tochter wieder mit Yoga gestartet und Angelika ist ganz fürsorglich auf meine Situation eingegangen und hat mir geholfen eine Yoga-Routine zu etablieren.

Angelika ist eine super tolle Yogalehrerin. Sie verbreitet. eine warme Atmosphäre, hat eine sehr angenehmen Stimme und ist sehr zuverlässig. Ich freue mich auf jede Yogastunde und auf die Entspannung. Vielen Dank Angelika!Agnes.

Ich habe ein Online-Coaching zur Unterstützung für mich als Mama bei Saskia gebucht. Saskia nahm sich viel Zeit für mich. Durch ihre liebevolle, verständnisvolle und ruhige Art fühlte ich mich sehr wohl und konnte einige noch unentdeckte Muster für mich erkennen und auflösen. See translation (English)

wir haben 1 Stunde bei Saskia Kinder Yoga ab 2 in ihrem Studio mit gemacht. es hat den Kindern sehr viel Spaß gemacht. es ist mit kleinen spielen verbunden das den Kindern nicht langweilig wird. Saskia ist eine sehr nette geduldige und liebevolle person. meine Maus ist direkt mit ihr warm geworden .

Wir haben Saskia bisher nur über den SG Hohenlimburg kennengelernt, wo sie auch Yoga-Kurse für Kinder gibt. Das macht sie ganz toll! Sie geht sehr einfühlsam vor und schafft eine wunderbare Stimmung. Ein Mix aus Spiel, Spaß und achtsamer Atmung. Danke!
