Sven is the master of the baker trade. He obtained pastry chef of the Year in 2011. Miriam is also a trained pastry chef. She has travelled throughout Germany, gaining experience in top-class establishments. Their products are made with fresh cream, eggs, and milk from regional farms and the finest Valrhona chocolate made with traceable cocoa beans. Patisserie Ludwig GmbH has several gluten-free tarts and the first vegan varieties, which aren't intended as substitutes, but as wholesome, new taste experiences.
