Hatte das erste Mal hier ein Fahrzeug gemietet und kann nur Positives berichten. Neues hochwertiges Fahrzeug erhalten, schneller freundlicher Service der Mitarbeiter, sowohl bei der Übernahme, wie auch bei der Abgabe. Werde auf alle Fälle wieder bei Europcar am Alex mieten. Auch die 7x24h sind Klasse.

Die Fahrzeugabholung hat etwas länger gedauert, weil das Auto noch nicht fertig gereinigt war, dafür war es dann aber auch innen und außen top. Die beiden Mitarbeiter bei der Rückgabe des Autos waren super freundlich, was sehr zu meiner Zufriedenheit mit Europcar Berlin Alexanderplatz beitrug.

Also ich habe nur positive Erfahrungen hier. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen ich zu tun hatte, waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Das Fahrzeug war top und Ausleihe und Rückgabe sehr unkompliziert.
