Business Hotel in guter Lage. Besonders der Service ist lobenswert zu erwähnen und "kleinen" Extras wie den Süßigkeitenstand oder jetzt im Advent der Glühweintisch. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem in einwandfreiem Zustand. Es gibt eine Kaffeebar im Zimmer. Das Bett ist nicht durchgelegen. Es gibt 2 Kissen unterschiedlicher Härte und Größe. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Wunsch gemacht, was wir als sehr positiv betrachten. Wir finden das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

I have to honestly say I can definitely recommend the hotel, the staff at reception was very friendly and they even gave us a small welcome beer. All in all a very nice and pleasant stay. But one person stood out because of his very friendly approach to the guests (Christian from the bar), a very, very cool guy.

Wie immer toller Services vor allem Christian von der Bar ein guter Gesprächspartner und sehr nett. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Und alles in der Nähe gut zu erreichen. Gruß Silvio.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und arbeitet schnell. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet die Möglichkeit für einen tollen Start in den Tag.

Mein Lieblingshotel wenn ich in Karlsruhe bin. Top Personal, angenehme Zimmer, ruhig, sehr gutes frühstück sowie Abend essen, Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel, entfernung zur Innenstadt 500 meter, mittlerweile gibt es die Minibar umsonst, was ich sehr schätze.

Ich reise viel, das Novotel Karlsruhe gehört zu meinen Lieblingshotels. Die Zimmer sind neu und modern. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Eierspeisen, man kann auch draußen sitzen. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen fußläufig zur Innenstadt, U-Bahn vor der Türe. Personal kompetent und freundlich.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel in dem Rahmen einer Tagung. Die Organisation der Tagung sowie der gesamten Verpflegung war ausgezeichnet, das Personal war zahlreich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Auch die Organisation vom Abendessen lief sehr gut ab. Es war auf jeden Fall für jeden Teilnehmer genug da, die einzigen kleineren Mankos, die dieses Hotel betreffen, sind die schlechte Erreichbarkeit. Ohne Auto hat man hier schlechte Chancen und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war auch nicht der beste. Da allerdings der Wasserdruck am Wasserhahn sehr gut war, könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es sich eher um ein individuelles Problem handelte.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Gäste in diesem Hotel und jedes Mal begeistert. Die Zimmer sind immer super sauber, die Betten großartig und sehr bequem. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Frau Valeria und Herrn Amos: Beide sind stets aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell und machen jeden Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Klare 5 Sterne und unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

I really liked this hotel! From the first impression in the reception to the clean and spacious room, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everything went smoothly. I will certainly be coming back! NB! Shout out to Valerija from the reception! She was fun and took her role with the right amount of humor.
