Meine Frau und ich waren letzte Woche hier um uns neue Brillen zu kaufen. Dabei wurden wir zuerst von einem jungen Mann beraten, welcher uns mehr oder weniger grausam aussende Brillenmodelle vorgesetzt hat. Nachdem wir aber ein anderes Beratungsgespräch belauscht hatten, baten wir Herrn Beer um Hilfe. Beratung und Service waren fantastisch! Innerhalb kürzester Zeit haben wir tolle Modelle gefunden und direkt gekauft. 10/10. Wir fragen das nächste mal auf jeden Fall wieder nach Herrn Beer (Max).

Bin super zufrieden mann geht hin und einem wird direkt geholfen meine Brille muss durch die arbeit viel mit machen und muss sagen das ich bis jetzt top zufrieden bin und würde es jedem weiterempfehlen die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit egal um was es geht komme immer wieder.

Frau Lehmacher in Köln Schildergasse hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, um für mich die richtige Brille zu finden. Man fühlt sich dort gut aufgehoben. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort mir eine Brille anfertigen lassen.

Ich bin schon seit vielen Jahren Kundin bei Smileoptic. Was mir positiv auffällt ist die schnelle und freundliche Beratung. Man muss nie lange warten und kann vor Ort auch einen Sehtest machen, das geht bei manchen Optikern gar nicht erst spontan. Die Auswahl der Brillen ist vielfältig, man wird auf jeden Fall fündig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fair gehalten. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Neue Gleitsichtbrille und Gleitsichtsonnenbrille zum unschlagbaren Preis bestellt und schon nach 6 Tagen fertig. Die Optikerin, Frau Nazha Hamood Bashar, ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Brillen passen, der Service ist klasse. Klare Empfehlung!.
