Bin schon seit längerem jetzt bei der Apotheke. Bin sehr zufrieden freundliches Personal. Die meisten Medikamente gibt es wirklich vorrätig was ich bei anderen Apotheken nie hatte. Man muss schon sagen ist die beste Apotheke die ich je hatte.

Die ausführliche Beratung und der freundliche Umgang des Personals haben mich immer wieder zum Einkaufen in diese Apotheke geführt. Vielen Dank, dass Sie das Beste bieten.

Immer sehr freundlicher Service und auch gute Preise. Diese Apotheke gehört zu denjenigen, die auch gegen Grippe und Corona impfen. Falls mal ein Medikament nicht vorrätig ist: Mehrmals am Tag werden Bestellungen geliefert. Insgesamt wohl die beste Apotheke in der Innenstadt.

Obgleich ich nicht aus Ehrenfeld bin, habe ich hier schon seit Beginn der Corona-Pandemie des öfteren etwas gekauft. Die Öffnungszeiten sind wirklich super und Bestellungen, ob telefonisch, per email, apps oder direkt vor Ort, kommen innerhalb von zwei-drei Stunden an. Man kann sie dann unter der Woche bis Mitternacht abholen. Heute habe ich krankheitsbedingt direkt die Sachen nach Hause bestellt, hat auch alles super geklappt: per email nachmittags bestellt, Rückruf erhalten und um 22 Uhr per Bote geliefert.

Sehr kompetente Beratung und sehr höflich Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Öffnungszeiten sind ein Segen für jeden Kölner. Mehr als einmal war ich heilfroh das ich zu später Stunde und an einem Samstag diese Apotheke aufsuchen konnte. Vielen Dank für euren super Service.

Kompetentes und freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und schnell, so muss es in einer Apotheke sein! Großes Sortiment verfügbar, fast alle anderen Artikel innerhalb weniger Stunden vor Ort! Deshalb fünf Sterne.

Immer freundliches Personal, immer viele Schalter besetzt. An den Wänden viele Apotheken Beauty Produkte. Die Corona Test werden in der hinteren Ecke beim Vorhang durchgeführt, ein Termin muss vorab auf der Webseite gebucht werden. Für morgens bei Stoßzeiten am Besten einen Tag vorher wegen der eingeschränkten Kapazität

Gehe sehr gerne zu dieser Apotheke im Kölner Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind sehr günstig für eine Bahnhofsapotheke und auch die Öffnungszeiten sind für berufstätige Menschen sehr gut Die Erreichbarkeit und die Lage sind außerdem perfekt. Ich gehe selten zu anderen Apotheken, da ich rundum zufrieden bin.

Da ich Allergikerin bin kaufe ich hier regelmäßig meine Arznei ein Histaminsenker die wirklich sehr gut sind. Die Beratung ist hier auch Spitze, zum weiteremfehlen.
