“ Hot Yoga Köln. Yoga39° is owned by Aya and Chris, who completed the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in the USA. Aya went to Palm Springs in 2009, and Chris attended the 2010 training in Las Vegas. Their goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where the benefits of Hot Yoga are accessible to everyone, irrespective of experience. Therefore, the studio offers classes for beginners and advanced yogis led by experienced and well-trained instructors. Their instructors are very friendly and polite with the yogis. They provide a wide range of classes, both in-person and online. Advance registration is required for their courses, encompassing a diverse range of yoga styles, blending traditional philosophical elements with various movement approaches.

Im Hot Yoga Studio in Köln geht's richtig heiß her! Bei 39 Grad wird jede Yoga-Session zu einem echten Schweißfest – und das ist absolut cool! Die festgelegte Abfolge der Asanas macht es leicht, in den Flow zu kommen, und man spürt richtig, wie der Körper sich dehnt und stärker wird. Die Lehrer sind mega motivierend, die Stimmung ist top, und nach jeder Stunde fühlt man sich einfach richtig gut. Wer auf Yoga mit einer Extra-Portion Hitze steht, ist hier genau richtig – definitiv empfehlenswert.

Für mich definitiv das beste Yoga Studio! Die Atmosphäre im Studio ist beruhigend und einladend. Das Team ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sie unterstützen die Mitglieder auf jede erdenkliche Weise. Insbesondere Aya&Chris mit ihrer herzlichen Art. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hot Yoga Studio wärmstens empfehlen. Es bietet eine erstklassige Yoga-Erfahrung in einer angenehmen und gepflegten Umgebung mitten in Kölle.

Mein Lieblings-Yogastudio! Die Lehrer/in sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen auch sehr gut Englisch. Das Studio ist sehr charmant und einzigartig. Sauber, organisiert und effizient. Die Terminplanungsplattform ist einfach zu bedienen. Ich bin süchtig und empfehle Hot Yoga Köln-Yoga39.

So ein schönes Studio mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre! Es ist immer ganz besonders toll, dort zu sein. Danke an alle wunderbaren LehrerInnen. Absolute Herzensempfehlung!

Absolute Empfehlung! Hier fühlt mich sofort wohl und alles hat sich stimmig angefühlt. Die Klasse hat super Spaß gemacht und der Empfang war super nett! Komme wieder :)

Wunderschönes Studio, ganz besonderes Ambiente. Ausserdem im Sommer schön kühl und im Winter schön muckelig durch Fußbodenheizung. Einzigartige Location

THE YOGALOFT COLOGNE REVIEWS

Als Freelance-Texterin sitze ich leider zu viel am Schreibtisch. Daher genieße ich seit zwei Jahren jede Stunde im Yogaloft, um meinen Körper zu lockern und innere Stärke zu gewinnen. Bei jeder Lehrerin oder Lehrer darf ich etwas anders lernen, wobei die Unterrichts-Qualität durchgängig hoch ist. Was für ein Gewinn. Daher 5*Sterne plus.

Ich fühle mich sehr wohl und aufgehoben im Yogaloft! Ich bin schon seit 2 Jahren dabei und kann mir mein Leben ohne Yoga gar nicht mehr vorstellen. Auch während meiner Schwangerschaft waren die Yogaloft Lehrer immer sehr hilfreich, sodass ich bis spät in der Schwangerschaft noch im Yogaloft yogen konnte! Vielen Dank und weiter so!

Das Yogaloft ist einfach der schönste Wohlfühl-Ort Kölns. Seit Jahren komme ich hier zur Ruhe, in Begegnung und in Bewegung. Ein Leben ohne wäre weniger reich. <3
